Case Presentation
We recently had a female patient who has lost her lower front teeth from poor gum health.The loss of 4 lower front tooth affected her smile and speech.
After the clinical examination, initial investigation and diagnosis a proper treatment plan was suggested to the patient.The treatment was to permanently restore her smile and speech with Dental implants and a Zirconia crowns and bridge. As planned the patient was treated with 2 Dental Implants and a 4 Unit Zirconia crown and bridge which is astoundingly similar to her natural dentition within a weeks time.
Prognosis
Patient is happy and contented with a natural looking smile restoration on check up at 3 months interval for the next one year.
She is also glad that her phonetics(pronunciation) is good after the restoration.
